Garlic
Garlic is an herb with multiple uses. Besides being used as a seasoning, garlic is a natural antibiotic. It
is effective against bacteria that my resist other antibiotics, and stimulates the lymphatic system to remove waste
materials. Unlike other antibiotics, garlic stimulates cell growth and activity.
A crushed garlic bulb, with salt added, can be used on open sores. When the bulb is cut finely, it can be added
to red vinegar and Epsom salts as a remedy for high blood pressure. This mixture should be ingested every morning
for nine days. Finely cut garlic bulbs can also be steeped in water for the same purpose.
Garlic is a disease preventing, health building herb. It is rich in potassium, zinc, vitamins A and C, and selenium,
which is related to vitamin E in biological activity. Garlic also contains sulphur, calcium, manganese, copper,
vitamin B1, and iron.
